If you will be traveling to downtown San Diego by way of 5 South: Take Highway 5 south. Exit at Front Street/Civic Center (Exit 17) and bear to the right. Immediately get into the right lane, and, at the Radisson Hotel, turn right on Cedar. Go several blocks to Columbia Street. Turn left at the stop sign on Columbia Street and proceed until you get to West Broadway. Upon arriving at West Broadway, vehicles under 9"2" should proceed directly across West Broadway and utilize the parking facility that is available in the building. We can validate your parking. If your vehicle is over 9'2", or you would rather not park in the building, then I would suggest turning left on West Broadway and proceeding 1 block to State Street. At State Street, turn right. There is metered parking offered along State Street.
If you will be traveling to downtown San Diego by way of I-805 North: Take I-805 north. Merge onto CA-94 West. Stay straight and go onto F Street. Turn right onto 11th Avenue. Turn left on Broadway and proceed to 501 West Broadway. If your vehicle is larger than 9'2", or if you would rather park on the street, then I would suggest that you turn left onto State Street. There is often metered parking available along State Street. If your vehicle is less than 9'2" high, then proceed one block past State Street and turn left into the Koll Center at 501 West Broadway. The Koll Center has six floors available for parking inside the building. We can validate you parking.
If you will be traveling to downtown San Diego by way of 8 West: Take 8 West. Take 163 South through Balboa Park. Exit 163 South at the Ash Street Exit. Take Ash Street across downtown until you get to Columbia. Turn left onto Columbia. Proceed on Columbia until you get to West Broadway. When you get to West Broadway, vehicles under 9"2" should proceed directly across West Broadway and utilize the parking facility that is available in the building. We can validate your parking. If your vehicle is over 9'2", or you would rather not park in the building, then I would suggest turning left on West Broadway and proceeding 1 block to State Street. At State Street, turn right and there is often metered parking along the street.
If you will be traveling to downtown San Diego by way of 5 North: Take Highway 5 north. Exit 15A towards CA-94 East/J Street. Turn slightly left onto 19th Street. Turn left onto Market Street. Turn right onto State Street. Travel north towards West Broadway. If your vehicle is larger than 9'2", or if you would rather park on the street, then I would suggest that you park along State Street just south of West Broadway. There is often metered parking available along State Street. If your vehicle is less than 9'2" high, then turn left into West Broadway and proceed one block to the Koll Center at 501 West Broadway. Turn left at the three-way intersection of Columbia and West Broadway and pull into and under the building. The building has six levels of parking available. We can validate you parking.
